Emotional Freedom Technique (Also Known As Tapping)

Emotional Freedom Technique, or “Tapping” is sometimes described as acupuncture without needles!
 What  “Tapping” is used for :

EFT is a very simple form of energy medicine. It involves identifying  and then stating a problem. The problem is exposed or spoken of or talked about repeatedly while tapping on a sequence of pressure points on the body.
 The instructor or teacher in the process checks on subjective units of distress or SUD’s level with the client to measure whether there is a shift or a decrease in the level of intensity of the emotion, cognition or pain level.
 The SUD’s level is checked prior to the sequence, during the sequence and towards the end of the sequence. The instructor guides the client through the process and repeats the problem along with them while  both client an instructor ‘tap’ their own pressure points.
EFT is painless  People often report a shift in the intensity of the energy or issue in a brief period of time.
