With the deepest core values of harmlessness, inclusivity, and generosity, Anchor Yoga & Meditation provides a space for personal growth and self-inquiry for all genders, races, sizes, ages, economies, religions, and physical abilities. We offer mindful yoga, Hatha, gentle, vinyasa, power, Kripalu, laughter yoga, and other movement classes like Qigong. In addition, we provide the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, a monthly mandala coloring circle, weekly meditation classes, workshops to deepen your practice, private classes, special events, and much much more.

jessica webb anchor yogaJessica Webb, director of Anchor Yoga & Meditation, is certified to teach yoga in the hatha tradition at the E-RYT 200 level. Her dharma-infused teaching style and playful demeanor lends itself to a relaxed and light-hearted experience for her students. Warmth, compassion, friendliness and humor come through her instructions enmeshed with wisdom, care, and attentiveness. She leads retreats, workshops, and group classes on mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction, and yoga for those wishing to lead a richer and fuller life.

Jessica has trained at the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness and is undergoing continued education with the Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation 500-hour program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. She is a member of the 100 Million Healthier Lives campaign, the New Bedford Wellness Initiative, The Southcoast Worksite Health and Wellness Collaborative, and she founded the Southeastern Massachusetts Yoga Collective. Clients include Acushnet Co., Southcoast Hospitals Group, Tabor Academy, and many more.
