Making Right What Can Feel So Wrong

Many of our emotions and attitudes are categorized as negative, or harmful. Emotions and attitudes such as anger, resentment, rage and  revenge can often be suppressed or despised in self or others.
For many people that have experienced (to a great degree) freedom from these emotions and attitudes,  have had experiences in life that have taught them that these strong emotions may be a sign that action needs to be taken.
Generally there is such a high level of energy and angst that can be present when embodying such strong emotions/attitudes, often making us susceptible to illness of the body, mind and/or emotional natures as well as conflicted inter-personal relationships.
Many belief systems, Individuals, groups of like minded people have found a healthy way to disperse their, anger, resentment, rage and thoughts of revenge.
An attitude of giving, love and tolerance for others has been found for some to be a healthy tonic for balancing dis-regulated bouts or a driving force filled attitude of ” you will pay for this” way of being which is uncomfortable for most people.
Many people and organizations have transformed countless lives by giving via altruism.   Generally originating from people who have been harmed or hurt themselves.
Clearly there is balance needed when stepping from anger and intolerance to acceptance.  Self-awareness, and self- acceptance, in my view are essential for this transformation.
But maybe just by entertaining the idea, or having just a sliver of willingness can start the transition from being trapped in hate, anger, revenge, or intolerance to a more level field of contentedness and peace of mind.
