Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Breathe, relax, and let go… In this class series, we begin with gentle, meditative yoga postures to get into our bodies, calm the “noise”, and balance energy. We then enter into Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep”, an ancient meditation technique that takes you to the deepest levels of relaxation and healing, effortlessly. All you need to do is lie down (or sit) in a comfortable, supported position, and follow the guided instructions. No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga with Reiki – This gentle class emphasizes breath awareness, relaxation and self-healing. We will begin with meditation and ease into breathwork with movement and intention. Reiki will be offered during savasana. All are welcome and no previous yoga experience is necessary. All you need is to bring yourself and a yoga mat.
