Body groove
Mary’s GROOVE DANCE floor is a one hour delicious group dance experience suitable for all fitness levels. You will enjoy moving your body to a variety of music styles and rhythms in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere where “you can’t get it wrong”. Mary will demonstrate a very basic movement or step for each song to unify the group and then everybody dances it in their own way. No particular dance experience is required, it’s simple, stress free, and good for your soul.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga with Reiki – This gentle class emphasizes breath awareness, relaxation and self-healing. We will begin with meditation and ease into breathwork with movement and intention. Reiki will be offered during savasana. All are welcome and no previous yoga experience is necessary. All you need is to bring yourself and a yoga mat.
