Welcome to Reshape Life Counseling. I specialize in helping men and women through the process of recovery from substance use and related anxiety and mood disturbance. As a minister, I address spiritual well-being via reflection and discussion. My goal is to lead you into hope and its power to energize yourself-investment for the challenging and rewarding work of reshaping your life as a whole-functioning sober person. We will work together to achieve real, sustained growth and change.

My name is Frances Houston, and I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, LADC1, and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor CADC. I am a graduate of the Boston University School of Theology’s Master of Divinity program and hold an MDiv degree.
