Intro. to Beginner Vinyasa

New students will be gradually introduced to a variety of beginner-level Vinyasa yoga poses in this 3 class series. You will learn how to use props and stay safe through alignment basics.
New students will learn everything they need to know to get their yoga practice jumpstarted in a comfortable and welcoming space.
About the Instructor:
Linda Vivino
Linda has been practicing yoga for 25 years. She has been guided and inspired by many of our own beloved tri-town yoga teachers. Linda practices yoga to live a fulfilled and enjoyable life. She believes if you own your breath, no one can steal your peace. In 2020 Linda received her 200-hour YTT with David Vendetti of the revolutionary Yoga Liberation Front. David Vendetti’s teaching style is “fun and smart stretching, with a little conditioning”. Linda hopes you join her on the mat so you too can feel nourished, refreshed, and balanced.
