New Years Intentions 

✨Yoga, Sound Healing, Meditation, and Journaling

In Sanskrit, Sankalpa means intention- a means of connecting to what our hearts truly need. This special yoga class in intended to spark your self compassion, thoughtful intentions and joy for the New Year. This experience at The Studio will include guided meditation, joumaling with prompts and tips for remaining consistent with this practice, light yoga flow, individual sound healing and Reiki with lavender oil. This will be an opportunity for us to share our energy and begin our New Year in a supportive,
positive way. New Years Day is a time when can “we turn the page on a new book” and create the reality that we desire in life. Perhaps an opportunity to let go of what is not supporting our own well being, and a step toward embracing what supports our own self worth, health, and emotional well being.
 
Please join Lindsay and I for this special class as we enter the New Year together. We will hold space for your intentions as you integrate them into your body, mind and spin’t through the practice of open hearted meditation, yoga and sound healing.
Please bring your yoga mat. Journals will be provided to all participants. 
 
 
 

About the Teacher:

Deb Fraine

Deb has been practicing yoga for 20 years and is a registered member of Yoga Alliance having completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Donna Pagliarani at the Dharma Connection in Sandwich, MA. “As a yoga instructor my goal is to integrate my knowledge as an outpatient orthopedic occupational therapist into my yoga classes by helping to prevent injury with sequences that stretch and strengthen the core, neck, back, shoulders, quadriceps, hamstrings, hips, shoulders, wrists and hands.”
