We are a dynamic and integrative holistic center which promotes health, healing and wellness. Our wellness center bridges the gap between conventional and alternative therapies. Clients may benefit one of our services or a combination if yoga and holistic therapies. We work with you individually and/or in groups allowing you to attain and maintain optimum health and wellness which promotes happiness and balance in your life.
Mattapoisett Wellness has become my second family. I started off coming to the yoga classes and began to know and use a few of the other practitioners at the facility. I am so happy to have a place like this so close to home.
