Dana is trained in, and believes in, the holistic approach of therapy, integrating Body, Mind and Spirit to heal and grow. She is able to provide a safe and supportive environment that allows a person (s) to identify and integrate their strengths, as well as the causes of their symptoms of disharmony, allowing for an increasing sense of well-being with self and others.
Dana has a Graduate Degree and CAGS in Holistic Counseling through Salve Regina University, Newport Rhode Island as well as a license in alcohol and drug counseling. She has numerous years of experience as a counselor focusing on helping people to heal through trauma, addiction and mood disorders. She is committed to supporting and working with people that have struggled in life and want to grow towards health.
Dana has some experience in Equine-Facilitated Growth and Learning and future goals include incorporating animals and nature to help in the healing process.
