Cheryl Rocha is a practicing pediatric Occupational Therapist specializing in sensory integration therapy. With an active yoga practice for decades, Cheryl pursued her teacher certification several years ago, followed by certification as a mindfulness teacher and an accessible yoga instructor. With knowledge of biomechanics and self regulation, Cheryl teaches a slow mindful class with a focus on the nervous system and the cultivation of resilience. As a lifelong learner, Cheryl integrates her ongoing studies into all her offerings.

Cheryl’s spare time is often spent outdoors near the ocean or wondering through the beautiful wooded trails of the SouthCoast.
