Spring is a time of renewal, and in this 2-Part Yoga Series, you can expect to burn away stagnant energy, work out the kinks, refresh the nervous system, and restore mind and body, helping you to emerge from Winter with more energy and intention for the beauty that lies ahead in Spring.

Part 1 will focus on strengthening the muscles of our back body; while lengthening the front body muscles.

Part 2 will focus on flowing stagnant energy gently out of the body and mind and restoring our nervous system. This series is suitable for all level students. We encourage you to attend both, but attending one is also great. Each practice will combine breathing practices, hands-on support, and a long and well-deserved Savasana. We hope you will end the series feeling refreshed, restored, and excited for all Spring brings into our lives.

About the Teacher:

Jesse is empowered to bring the physical and mental practices of Yoga into the lives of as many humans as she can reach. She can relate to the everyday office worker as a former corporate employee. She builds her teaching around a well-balanced mental and physical practice focusing on mindful movement and breath awareness. Jesse changed her life while living in San Francisco in 2016, quitting her corporate job and traveling to India to study Yoga. She received her first 200-hour RYT certification as a Hatha Yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India, and has taught consistently since. She has also continued studying Yoga throughout the years and has recently completed her 500-hour training focusing on Ayurveda. In her classes, you can expect an accessible and approachable teaching style, enabling students of all levels to feel comfortable and encouraged in their practice. Jesse is originally from Mattapoisett, lived and taught Yoga in San Francisco, and resides in Boise, Idaho.
