Building Resilience Through Slow Mindful Yoga
March 7 – April 11
Resilience is the capacity to quickly and effectively respond to stressors (internal and external, physical and psychological) as they arise, and return to a state of balance and clarity. When we bring repetition, focus/awareness, novelty and passion into our asana, pranayama and meditation practice, we can use yoga as the vehicle for positive change.
Please join me for this 6 week offering to explore accessible ways to practice yoga which allows a sense of freedom and ease in the body.
