I want to encourage you to tend to yourself, nurture the parts of yourself that limit you from your true potential. My life shifted dramatically when I became conscious of my thoughts and actions, and I began to be intentional about my direction moving forward. When your choices align with your values, the outcome aligns. You will bloom. The life you’ve been wanting to live becomes a reality.

Who would you be if you really applied yourself?
I want others to tap into their potential and gain a deeper awareness of their mind, body and soul.

I believe in the power of massage therapy and how it can change lives. I am very passionate about being able to provide clients a safe space where I can aid in the restoration process and improve their quality of life.

I want people to know and understand the world of benefits massage can provide. Massage therapy can promote relaxation, relieve stress, improve circulation and the immune system, manage chronic pain, enhance exercise performance, improve flexibility and range of motion, improve sleep, as well as reduce anxiety and depression.

I take the time to get to know my clients, what their massage needs are and how we can work together to improve their well-being. I work intuitively, listening to the client and responding to their body. Each massage I give is unique to the individual. I am constantly adapting my sequence, providing focal work to fit what each client needs. I genuinely want to share with my clients the knowledge that has changed my life. I enjoy providing clients with individualized information to deepen their awareness and relationship with their body.
