This intimate class will begin setting your mind, body, and spirit free in 2023. The course will include focused meditation, slow-flow yoga, and supportive space to document our intentions for the New Year. This class aims to cultivate and allow for self-compassion, facilitating rejuvenation of the body, mind, and spirit after the holiday season.
Winter is a time for coming inward and reflecting. Think of this class as an opportunity to sit by a fire with a small group of like-minded friends, enjoying the comfort, quiet, and peace of yoga and self-expression.
The class will include the following:
- slow-paced yoga flow for all levels with adaptations as needed
- reiki with lavender (always optional)
- a complementary journal
- a stone or crystal to support your intentions
- Restorative savasana
