Take a moment Thanksgiving morning before the arrival of family and friends, and join Jenn Risio for a heartfelt, light-hearted ALL LEVELS community class to express GRATITUDE! Jenn has been teaching Thanksgiving morning for over a decade. She hopes you leave feeling nourished, calm, peaceful, and filled to the brim with abundant gratitude!
What to expect:
Pranayama (breathwork), 45 minutes of movement, and 15 minutes of Restorative yoga with Reiki and essential oils during Svasana. Families and children are welcome!
