Mindful movement quiets the agitations of the body and calms the whirlpools of the mind, which allows us to hear our still, small voice within. The inner voice holds our truth, and it constantly echoes our highest wisdom back to us if we listen with caring attention.

Join experienced yoga teacher; Kaylee Grodzki; for a unique yoga and writing workshop that gently guides your inner voice outward. This workshop will explore powerful practices, like gentle yoga, guided meditation, and writing prompts, that help you access your wisdom to make the unknown known.
All levels of yoga and writing experience are welcome. You can learn techniques that you can use on your own.

For yogis: This workshop will help you hear and understand your inner voice more clearly through your body.
For writers: This workshop will unblock obstacles to help you write more intuitively by integrating your body and mind.

About the Teacher:

Kaylee began her journey in yoga as a gym requirement in high school. After realizing how important it was for her self-esteem; physical body; and learning meditation tools, she received her 200-hour yoga certification in 2012. She quickly fell in love with Barre and soon realized yoga and Barre worked for hand in hand with each other.

Kaylee moved to Chattanooga, TN, with two goals: climb and open a yoga/barre studio with her now husband Cody back in 2015. She received her 300-hour teacher training certification from her incredible mentor and friend, Dolly Kaupp, specializing in ceremony and inner work. She moved back up to Massachusetts to be closer to family; and closed her studio after seven incredible years to pursue her passion for leading teacher training and retreats around the country/

With well over 10,000 hours of teaching under her belt; and mentoring hundreds of trainees, she looks forward to the cold winters, beautiful summers, and collaborative movement.
