You’ve meant to try barre, but stepping into a class feels intimidating… Maybe you don’t know the fancy lingo or have much coordination.
This is the place to start if you are ready to get hooked on a HEALTHY HABIT. Regular Barre practice will improve your balance, build strength, improve flexibility, burn calories, and improve stability through a stronger core. As you become more comfortable and fit, you can ramp up the intensity by adding weights; and more power.

-Learn basic Barre positions and terminology
-Become familiar with the equipment
-Gain Confidence

Our classes are centered on building a solid foundation. No coordination or previous experience is needed!

To keep this experience special, we are accepting limited participants. You can sign up to reserve your space.

What to Bring: Yoga Mat, water, barre socks (optional)
What to Wear: Anything that allows you to move comfortably.

Week I: centered around essential framework/ foundation, breath and core-based work, and unique modifications that will make any level feel it. History of Barre and Q&A

Week 2: building on the framework, let’s take it up a notch on modifications and fun. Q&A welcome.

Week 3: slightly more challenging sequences and incorporating core-based movement to build on endurance with necessary breaks to increase flexibility. I will work on very beginner-friendly arm balances. Q&A welcome.

Week 4: You’re ready to pulse to your grove! You’ll feel established and confident in your practice.

Kaylee began her journey in yoga as a gym requirement in high school. After realizing how important it was for her self-esteem, physical body, and learning tools of meditation, she received her 200-hour yoga certification in 2012. She quickly fell in love with Barre and, shortly thereafter, realized yoga and Barre worked hand in hand with each other.

Kaylee moved to Chattanooga, TN, with two goals: climb and open a yoga/barre studio with her now husband Cody back in 2015. She received her 300-hour teacher training certification from her incredible mentor and friend, Dolly Kaupp, specializing in ceremony and inner work. She moved back up to Massachusetts to be closer to family; and closed her studio after seven incredible years to pursue her passion for leading teacher training and retreats around the country/

With over 10,000 hours of teaching under her belt; and mentoring hundreds of trainees, she looks forward to the cold winters, beautiful summers, and collaborative movement.
