Are you fed up with feeling like food is running your life?

Food is meant to nourish our bodies and provide us with the energy we need to experience all the fantastic opportunities and challenges that life offers. However, we live in a society that sends us different messages. Our culture teaches us to fear how food can change our bodies and that we can’t trust ourselves to make food decisions. This causes us to look at food differently. It has become isolating, scary, confusing, and challenging rather than looking at food as a source of life-giving nourishment and enjoyment. Thoughts of food, guilt, self-doubt and negative body image seep into life experiences that would have otherwise been enjoyable and prevent us from being fully present.

This interactive in-person workshop is designed to help you break free from these negative emotions and learn how to eat intuitively. Intuitive eating teaches you how to tune into your body, rely on internal as opposed to external cues when making food decisions, practice flexibility and moderation without stress, and reject social pressures that are preventing you from enjoying your life. This workshop combines scientific research, mindfulness, therapeutic techniques, and group work to facilitate positive change. An optional snack will be provided to practice these skills in real-time.

Whether you are entirely new to intuitive eating or have been working on integrating these principles into your life and need some guidance, this workshop is for you!

A 3% convenience fee will be added for all debit/credit card transactions.
