Lighthouse yoga
Every Sat 8:30-9:30am
Summer starts on May 28th at Ned’s Point Lighthouse in Mattapoisett. Every Saturday, we will be offering outdoor yoga (weather permitting)!
We are excited for the 7th year of this special event back to the community! A group of south coast’s finest yoga teachers will be teaching outside a lovely variety of accessible yoga classes that are joyous, heart-felt, and therapeutic.
Have a blissful time on the lawn watching the boats scoot by, and let the sun warm your body while doing a wonderful thing for your self-care and the community.
A recommended donation of $10.00 per practice is appreciated.
Proceeds from Lighthouse Yoga classes will go to the Friends of Jack Foundation, providing and supporting overlooked programs that enhance children’s physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being across the SouthCoast region of Massachusetts. Please give as much as you can afford.
