Calling all powder fanatics! This three-part series is just what you need to gear up for the slopes.

Learn and practice yoga poses that highlight proper techniques for protecting your joints, building strength, and increasing agility.

  • Strengthen abs
  • Develop quads/glutes
  • Protect knees, ankles, and hips
  • Learn to relax your upper body to be more loose and supple
  • Practice deep abdominal breathing enabling you to stay on the mountain longer
  • Decrease fatigue by regulating your body’s own “energy efficiency”
    Combine breathing with alignment-based poses to build agility
  • Be injury-free this season!

Whether you ski downhill or cross-country shred on a snowboard or fly on a snowmobile, you will learn how to be more agile, more mindful, and have more fun this season!
