Yoga + BlackLights

Enjoy a combination of Kundalini and Vinyasa flow experience with friends and yoga teachers Tammy Maxwell and Kaylee Grodzki. We will flow with upbeat music between the Kundalini movements, only seeing the paint on our bodies, mats, and each other. Students are encouraged to wear white or neon to enhance the black light effect. The class is open to all levels. Most poses can be modified so casual students can enjoy themselves.

Come at 7:00 pm to start painting yourself and your friends. Paint and accessories will be provided.
