About the Teacher:
Sara Englis
Sara Englis is a passionate and experienced health coach with a unique background in gut health and nutritional science. She is a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with additional certificates in Gut Health, Mindfulness Fundamentals, and Mindfulness Education. She received an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Skidmore College. Sara grew up on the South Coast of Massachusetts and recently moved back home from California.
Sara has over 10 years of experience working with people of all ages to improve their gut health with diet and lifestyle changes and 25+ years of teaching experience. She has a proven track record of helping people lose weight, reduce stress, increase energy, improve sleep and their overall health.
Sara is excited to be offering an interactive workshop at The Studio to empower participants with information and tools on the gut – brain and nutritional basics and mindset to transform their health. She founded Empowered Healthy Living to empower people with knowledge to help them take control of their health and to give them tools to add healthy food and lifestyle choices with ease to move towards their personal health goals.
