Yoga at the Lighthouse this Summer
Fridays in July and August; 10:00am-10:45am (July 13 – August 31)
Join as a community of 9 years the return of Yoga at the Lighthouse (Ned’s Point, Mattapoisett) on Fridays in July and August (July 13-August 31) at 10:00am-10:45am. All levels and ages are welcome to breathe and stretch by the sea. Join yoga teacher, Janice Foley, with this karma-based community class where contributions will be made into donations. In the event of rain, classes will be canceled, but we’ll practice in sun, fog and clouds. Bring your mat, sunscreen and any props you might need.
