Every living thing is in rhythm with the world around us. There is sound and vibration impacting every aspect of our being at all times. From the beat of our heart, and timing of our breath, to the entrainment of our brainwaves. All things are affected by this rhythm.  Ever felt out of sync with that universal beat? In today’s modern culture this is not only easy to have happen, it’s sadly the norm. Physical, mental, and emotional imbalance can be the result and we want to learn to recognize what it feels like when we’ve fallen out of synch and how to get ourselves back. So here at MWC we’ve decided to share a Sunday morning each month to gather and drum. This is a free community event, bringing each other back into balance! What a beautiful thing! There’s no musical experience necessary and people of all ages are welcome. There will be instruments provided, but if you have your own drum/rattle you’d like to bring please do.
