Learn about self empowering techniques and different opportunities to explore holistic approaches to releasing stress, re-programming techniques to eliminate emotional triggers and gain freedom from fear-based thoughts. Can be very effective for those with PTSD. – Learn how meditation can improve cognitive function – Stress reduction through yoga movement and breathing practices. – Emotional wellness through Ayurvedic daily practices and aromatherapy in concert with Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping on acupuncture points)
