This workshop will answer:
How do you keep all the “balls” in the air?
What to do to make it through today…….and tomorrow, and the next day.
How mindfulness can help you, and how to start practicing.
Three of our MWC practitioners, will be talking about the benefits of this very unusual time – how our lives, and our kids’ lives, have changed for the better in spite of the challenges.
How do you balance all the roles that now go into parenting, many of which you didn’t sign up for – parent, teacher, doctor, coach, arts & crafts guru, playmate, lawyer – all while still working?
The subtle but powerful benefits of living in the moment, allowing each day to unfold without the need to resist it, fight it, or change it.
